Abdullah Gul University (AGU) Faculty of Architecture Members Dr. Sinan Akyüz and Prof. Dr. Sümeyra Ayık participated in the Eco-Climate: Economy and Climate Change Summit held at the Ankara ATO Congress with their presentation titled “Education for Sustainable Development Goals”.The aim of the summit was to raise awareness of climate change and economic issues throughout the society.To the summit, held in Ankara, heads of state, public organizations, representatives of more than twenty international institutions and organizations, over thirty academics from universities, good sample applications with municipalities, industrial parks, technopolis and industry representatives attended.At the summit, which was attended by 12 thousand people on the spot and 50 thousand people took part online, an Exhibition and a Climate Museum on the theme of “Economics and Climate Change” was also established.The summit also hosted more than twenty sessions with 150 national and international speakers, held B2B talks, certified training programs, trainings, workshops and exhibitions.
