Academic Consultancy to University- Industry Cooperation Project

Professor Burak ASILISKENDER, Assoc. Prof. Vacide Betül KURTULUŞ and Lecturer Nihan MUŞ ÖZMEN have been decided to serve as academic consultant   within the framework of University-Industry cooperation signed between Mondi A.Ş. and Abdullah Gül University Technology Transfer Office A.Ş (AGU TTO) within the scope of the project & consultancy agreement on "Projects Realization within the Design Center and University-Industry Cooperation". .

Cooperation Protocol

A cooperation protocol has been signed between AGU  and the Municipality of Goreme in Nevşehir, one of the important tourism centers of Turkey. Ömer Eren, Mayor of Goreme visited AGU Rektor Prof. Dr. Cengiz Yılmaz  at his office. The protocol was signed between Mayor Eren and Rektor Yılmaz. According to the protocol, AGU and Goreme Municipality will carry out cooperation activities in areas such as education, science, art, culture, health, sports, research, collaborative project development and implementation activities.

Producing Innovative Idea Projects for Researching the Quality of Life with an Urban Acupuncture Approach in Çayırova District

Res. Asst. Dr. Ahmet BAŞ was appointed as a researcher in the project themed "Producing Innovative Idea Projects for Researching the Quality of Life with an Urban Acupuncture Approach in Çayırova District" implemented by the Gebze Technical University Technology Transfer Office.

Consultancy Service

AGU Faculty of Architecture Res. Asst. Dr. Ahmet BAŞ provides consultancy services to Aydoğdu Planning Eng. Ins. Petrol and Natural Gas Industry. Trade Ltd. in Istanbul on Fridays of the week, between 25.02.2022 and 25.08.2022, within the scope of the "Transportation Routes and Planning in Rural Areas" project.

Electronics System Design (ESD) Capsule

In the Electronics System Design (ESD) Capsule, students developed solar trackers as the Capsule project. The aim of the project is to develop a system that tracks the light source (e.g. sun) by using sensors, motors, circuits, and algorithms in order to increase the energy harvested by the solar panel.  

TUBITAK 1001 Project

S. Bengisu Akkurt has been working as a research assistant on TUBITAK 1001 Project titled “How to Promote Cooperation in Resource Scarcity? The Regulatory Role of Intuitive/Analytical Thinking”.

Research Project

Faculty of AGU Psychology department have been working on a research project investigating the adherence to the COVID-19 measures by students at AGU Sumer Campus.
